We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Project Manager for Delivery and Financial Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing KPIs, forecasting business, defining and managing processes, and assembling strong interdisciplinary teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by keeping projects on scope, under budget, and on time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in project management within an operations support or administrative role, preferably in the software development or technology industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery Oversight:
  • Ensure delivery teams stay within scope, under budget, and on time.
  • Investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions for projects that are at risk or off track.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving with teams.
  • Reporting on KPIs:
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to measure project success.
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • Continuous improvement of project and business reports to improve visibility and strategic planning.
  • Process Definition and Management:
  • Identify areas where process definition can significantly impact delivery efficiency.
  • Use best practices, discussions, and experimentation to define effective processes.
  • Hold individuals and teams accountable to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Staffing Management:
  • Assemble strong interdisciplinary teams based on individual strengths, weaknesses, goals, and motivations.
  • Ensure teams are well-balanced and equipped to deliver high-quality results.
