We’re looking for a dynamic Business Readiness & Change Lead to join our ERP team. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and business adoption for our Global ERP programme, ensuring seamless transition and readiness across the business.

Responsibilities:
- Lead change initiatives and ensure smooth business adoption of new ERP processes.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan to equip teams worldwide.
- Conduct change impact assessments, mitigating risks to ensure business readiness.
- Manage communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and cultivate a high-performing GPO team.
