Vendor Management comprises of circa 20 colleagues, spanning Denmark and Lithuania. Together the team provides contract and performance management expertise overseeing vendor contracts across all areas of Danske Bank.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to create reports
• Develop, maintain, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports that support domain and enterprise objectives
• Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders across the Business Units
• Domain Expertise:
• Maintain deep knowledge of day-to-day activities involved with IT outsourcing service provider within the Business Units
• Leverage expertise to help present the queries of the Business Units
• Share insights with IT outsourcing service provider and help take the right answers back to the stakeholders
• Drive collaboration between all teams within the Business Units and IT outsourcing service provider integration partner
• Ensure that the responses on Business Unit queries comply with all the existing teams who work on IT outsourcing service provider engagement (for example, contract and performance management, finance, procurement, business management)
