The role of Business Relationship Manager - IT will be responsible for Evolving culture, building partnerships, and driving value to satisfy and elevate our organizational purpose. You will:

  • Partner with leaders both inside and outside the organization to collaborate and ensure meaningful results from our strategic initiatives.
  • Proactively sense and anticipate changes affecting strategy in the environmental landscape including organizational improvements, technological advancements, and evolving organization needs.
  • Drive and ensure results across the organization
  • Live up to the business relationship manager code of ethics daily.

Please note this role is available with hybrid working and can be based out of our Tamworth office.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Business Relationship Management Professional
  • Business Analysis Diploma
  • Project Management
  • Experience assessing and articulating risk tolerances
  • Be able to identify gaps and areas that require improvements
  • Ability to share-ownership and drive results as a team
  • Experience dealing with difficult customers
  • Experience championing organizational change, e.g., leading initiatives, products, services, or interactions
