JOB SUMMARY IMPLEMENTATION AND MIGRATION SERVICES:
We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager with dedicated sales and Account Management experience to join our dynamic Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will focus on selling software set up and Support Services. As an Enterprise Sales BRM, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with the entire Strategic Partner Sales team structure, Co-selling Chetu Implementation, Customization, Integration, Data Migration, and Support services to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. It will require you to travel 20% - 40% of the time.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Hunter mindset, must be resourceful in lead generation and prospecting outreach.
- Ability to “connect the dots” for lead generation
- Consultative Selling Method.
- Requires motivation and hard work.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and our strategic partners
- Attend and network at business events.
- Work collaboratively with the internal teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities within our existing client accounts.
- Will use our own proprietary CRM.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years’ experience in Account Management and or outbound sales.
- Must be able to utilize the phone in their selling and prospecting.
- Must exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Have and exhibit excellent formal presentation skills.
- The ability and willingness to travel 20-40%
- Experience selling intangible products, services and/or solutions for software products preferred.
- Experience in customer-facing roles in technology sales, renewals, and/or consulting strongly preferred.
- Experience with technology services including software support, managed services and/or professional services.
