Description:

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Engage with customers to promote product features and benefits based on approved indications.
  • Achieve the territory sales and milestones objectives within assigned territory and portfolio
  • Contribute in defining and deployment of the digital roadmap for Malaysia
  • Mature/ Shape the market and customers in terms of preference for digital interaction and -channel utilization
  • Identify, profile key accounts and size the business opportunity, develop and implement key account plans
  • Implement and manage the application of private market contracts and adherence to commercial policies
  • Lead and manage ad-hoc projects as required, ensuring they are completed on time aligned with guidelines.

Main responsibilities

  • Identify key accounts i.e. Private Hospital, Group Practices and developing strategies to build partnership with them to generate immediate or future sales opportunities.
  • Create a detailed key account plan, set KPI and monitor progress, preparing and presenting regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cross selling of all products and expand brand usage
  • Share best practices and opportunities to leverage for growth and expansion
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of Sanofi vaccines products and the customer journey. Consistently review product information and keep up to date on medical and scientific information related to the brand.
  • Effectively deliver key messages and promote products through a wide range of digital channels.
  • Extend support and identify opportunities to bring tailored solutions to customer needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent relationship with customer with the aim to develop Sanofi’s credibility and extend our company’s advocacy.
  • Identify attributes and customer profile information relevant to the business territory growth.
  • Knowledgeable on the geographic information and business potential of territory. Understanding relevant sub-segments, preferences regarding channels to interact through, and preferences towards content relevant for the customer.
  • Create network among stakeholders (i.e. front liners, decision makers, gatekeepers
  • Effectively gather competitor information and market intelligence.
  • Fuel our CRM systems on a daily basis with customer, call details and market insights
  • Complete a thorough pre-call plan by creating itinerary and routing plans that effectively achieves call targets, appointments and in-services activities.
  • Regular analysis and presentation on sales and customer data to internal stakeholders (i.e. managers, team members, and others).
  • Proper implementation of marketing plan and promotional activities.
  • Abide by the company’s ethical codes, standard operating procedures, and protocols from pharmacovigilance, quality, HSE, etc by reporting anomalous or questionable behavior and products that my negatively affect our brand and meeting timelines.
  • Formulate effective sales action plan, accurate forecasts and successful implementation to meet cycle and annual sales target (both qualitative and quantitative).
  • Effectively promote all assigned franchises following strategy and corporate directions.
  • Execute sales expectations and run business operations while complying with Sanofi’s standard operating procedures and ethical codes, walking the talk on the importance of compliant behavior, and building a well-coordinated working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maximize all segment and channels within the territory to generate growth.
