Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative - Client Service Officer 2 in Global Treasury Management (GTM) as part of Enterprise Functions. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for a portfolio of customers
  • Act as the customers’ main point of contact for operational and product questions
  • Work with business client managers to maintain a portfolio of accounts
  • Help with customer onboarding, due diligence, proactive outreach
  • Oversee overall customer experience
  • Handle customer issues and assist in decisions with business client managers
  • Help with customer associated risk management
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Job Expectations:

  • The position hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CT
