Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of customer contact within a Financial Services environment
- Treasury Management product and services experienc

- Systems knowledge and navigation experience (i.e. Hogan, OIB, Service View)
- Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships

Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative in Middle Market Commercial Banking as part of Global Treasury Management (GTM) within Enterprise Functions.
The Dedicated Client Service Officer will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers with complex Treasury Management products and services. This includes end-to-end case management and resolution for wide-ranging customer situations, conducting research, determining appropriate course of action, documenting findings, and supporting the issue through direct communication.

In this role, you will:
- Provide support for a portfolio of customers
- Work with business client managers to maintain customer relationships
- Oversee overall customer service experience
- Handle customer issues and assist in decisions with business client managers
- Help with customer associated risk management
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Job Expectations:
- Position hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule: 3 days minimum onsite per week, 2 days at home
