Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of customer contact within a Financial Services environment
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management product and service

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative in Middle Market Commercial Banking as part of Global Treasury Management (GTM). The Dedicated Client Service Officer will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers with complex Treasury Management products and services. This includes end-to-end case management and resolution for wide-ranging customer situations, conducting research, determining appropriate course of action, documenting findings, and supporting the issue through direct communication. In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for a portfolio of customers
  • Work with business client managers to maintain customer relationships
  • Oversee overall customer service experience
  • Handle customer issues and assist in decisions with business client managers
  • Help with customer associated risk management
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Job Expectations:

  • Position hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
