WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of sales experience, ideally with phone sales. Strong customer service skills and a natural ability to sell are key. You should be open to learning and growth, willing to convey our developed scripting, and ready to be part of a team that thrives on positive relationships with customers. If you’re someone who loves to exceed targets and is comfortable with basic computer skills, you’ll fit right in.

As a Business Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for new online buyers, helping them enhance their newly formed businesses. You’ll consult with them on long-term solutions, especially focusing on legal packages and bundles. Your role will also involve building strong relationships with clients, creating opportunities not just for them but for your team as well.
Customer feedback is crucial, and you’ll be analyzing it to develop techniques that ensure customer retention. And, of course, delivering excellent customer service is at the heart of what you do-making sure every client is satisfied and supported.
