ABOUT THE ROLE
As Community Solutions continues to grow, we now have an opportunity available for a full-time Business Services Administrator to join our team. This role will be a pivotal point of contact for all NDIS Specialist Services enquiries providing high level customer service and acting as an important information link for NDIS client referrals and leads.
OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Provide a friendly and positive welcome to our NDIS clients and other stakeholders over the phone, offering support and information as requested
- Preparing and completing NDIS Onboarding Documents for our Support Coordination and Behavioural Support teams
- Monitor and follow up outstanding on boarding documents and provide assistance in arranging for these to be completed
- Monitoring, responding to and re-directing emails as appropriate
- Assist the billing team with invoice preparation, billing and account follow-ups
- Supporting the wider NDIS Administration team in all workloads and activities
- Maintaining a centralised customer spreadsheet and ensuring data entry is accurate and up to date
