WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with GBS and IT stakeholders to deliver accurate budgets, forecasts, and performance outlooks.
• Lead Monthly Closings: Drive monthly closing processes, analyze deviations, and follow up on KPI development to implement corrective actions.
• Influence and Inspire: Partner with the business to influence decisions that enhance performance and drive growth.
• Deliver Comprehensive Insights: Offer full value chain insights to GBS and IT stakeholders, acting as a holistic business partner to meet their needs.
• Support Strategic Decisions: Provide financial calculations and insights to support key decision-making processes.
• Challenge and Innovate: Systematically challenge business assumptions and decisions to foster innovation and productivity.
• Oversee Financial Processes: Manage budgeting, costing processes, and ensure seamless month, quarter, and year-end closings.
