Position Details
As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint aBusiness Services Coordinatorto join our team at our Laverton facility in Melbourne.
The primary focus of this role will be to support a small team of administrators and customer service team members across revenue management and customer on-boarding activities.
The roster for this role is Tuesday to Saturday.

Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting processes and systems relative to revenue management
  • Supporting Business Services Manager and team with claims management process
  • Supporting various invoicing activity including updating rate cards to mitigate revenue leakage.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of SOPs
  • Providing internal and external customers with accurate and timely reporting
  • Supporting onboarding of new customers
  • Making sound decisions to enhance performance and mitigate risk to the business
  • Continually reviewing processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness

YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE SHOULD IDEALLY INCLUDE:

  • Experience in a similar role (industry experience is preferable)
  • Qualifications in Business, Administration, Finance or similar
  • Experience leading a team
  • An excellent understanding of and experience implementing safety procedures, product safety initiatives, quality and legal regulations
  • Impressive customer service credentials
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally WMS and/or TMS
