Business Setup Executive with UAE Experience

Ontime Group is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Business Setup Executive with UAE experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients in navigating the complexities of business setup in the UAE and provide them with comprehensive support throughout the process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in business setup or related advisory roles in the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE business regulations and licensing requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Guide clients through the entire business setup process, including documentation and application procedures
• Research and analyze market trends to recommend suitable business structures and strategies
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for company registration and licensing
• Liaise with government authorities on behalf of clients to ensure compliance and smooth processing
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local regulations and market conditions affecting business setup
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Assist in marketing business setup services and developing client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Prepare reports and documentation related to business setup for management review
