Description:
Ontime Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Setup Sales professional to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on generating sales for business setup services in both Dubai Mainland and Freezone sectors. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting tailored business solutions, and effectively closing deals that contribute to the growth of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven sales experience in business setup or related services within the UAE market
- Strong understanding of Dubai Mainland and Freezone regulations and requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients for business setup services in Dubai Mainland and Freezone
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking
- Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase business setup solutions tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competition to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote services and expand the client base
