SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· At least 2 year of account management or customer service experience
· Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
· At least 1 year of SaaS or Digital Marketing experience
· Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
· Detail oriented and have the ability to multitask
· Strong writing and oral skills

· Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account coordinator matters
· Keeping the client informed of all activities regarding their digital initiatives
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
· Ensure timely and successful delivery of all marketing tasks
· Respond to inquiries from various customers associated with various campaigns
· Develop new marketing strategies for clients
· Formulate marketing proposals
· Coordinate with various stakeholders (operations teams, CEO, clients ect.) to ensure top quality marketing performance
