• Licensed to practice law in home jurisdiction
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
• Significant hands-on experience drafting and negotiating transactional documents in the technology space, including:
• Purchase and sale agreements
• License agreements
• Software as a Service and Cloud agreements
• Commercial agreements
• Master services agreements
• Non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements
• Novation and assignment agreements
• Terms of use, letters of intent, and MOUs
