Location: Bermuda (Relocation Support Available)
Salary: £75,000 GBP base + up to £75,000 GBP performance bonus (Equivalent to $90,000 USD base + $90,000 USD bonus)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting a Business Solutions Manager for a pre-sales role with a leading telecommunications and technology provider operating across the Caribbean. This position is ideal for a highly experienced pre-sales professional with a deep understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, and IT-managed services.
As a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, you will work closely with sales teams to develop high-value technology solutions, supporting large-scale bids, tenders, and business transformation projects. You will be responsible for engaging with C-suite executives, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders, ensuring our solutions align with their strategic objectives.
This role is based in Bermuda, but you will work with clients across the Caribbean region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead pre-sales engagements, working closely with sales teams to develop tailored business solutions
- Identify and qualify enterprise opportunities, supporting commercial teams in structuring high-value deals
- Engage with senior decision-makers to understand their strategic IT needs and position the right solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, tenders, and business cases for complex sales cycles
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer engagement plans
- Provide industry insight and market intelligence, ensuring our solutions remain competitive
- Collaborate with technology, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
