We are looking for a fantastic Business Specialist - Front Office to be the first point of contact for our visitors to our Wellington office, and much more. This is due to our current Business Specialist progressing within the organisation.
Our Business Specialist - Front Office is key to keeping our organisation running smoothly. We’re looking for an excellent communicator who is positive, welcoming and approachable. You’ll enjoy providing great customer service, both in person and over the phone.
You’ll be part of a great team, reporting to the Leader – Business Management and working closely with the Property and Facilities team. In return we’ll ensure you have work-life balance and invest in your development.
This role will lead work to re-shape our front office operations. You’ll have the chance to learn and be a part of some great projects!
This is a busy role with lots of variety. You’ll help our visitors, customers and teams, and make a real difference every day.

The annual salary range for this role is $63,000 - $70,000
