Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

To provide administrative support to the Adult Social Care directorate management team.

YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

  • Organising and maintaining secure business processes specifically related to complaints, compliments Member and MP Enquiries and Freedom of Information requests.
  • Preparing and maintaining the agenda and action log for the weekly management meeting.
  • Providing business support and administration to the Assistant Directors in Adult Social Care.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails, organising meetings, preparing meeting documents and taking minutes, updating action logs and ensuring documents are accessible on the RBWM website.
  • Take minutes during meetings, write up and distribute including HR, safeguarding, and other internal meetings.
