Description:
Using multiple patient systems as well as Office packages, the successful candidate will deliver an integral role within the Operational Support Team, delivering daily administrative support. Recording of data and collating reports on patient flow. Ensuring meetings are booked and comprehensive administration support is delivered. To liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
To proactively manage ones own workload and work collaboratively within the team to deliver all objectives. To order relevant supplies through NHS Supply Chain To distribute communications across the Trust. To support at events delivered by the team.
