Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Operational Support Team as a Business Support Administrator. This post is ideal for someone with a positive and pro-active approach and a keen eye for detail looking to strengthen their skills in administrati on.
Based at Stepping Hill Hospital , you will be responsible for delivering high quality, comprehensive administrative support to the team. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to arrange meetings, organise diaries/schedule meetings and take actions as required.
Extensive experience of Word, Excel spreadsheets and the ability to prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines are essential requirements for this post.
To act as the first point of contact for the team.
To co-ordinate diaries for meetings.
To liaise with staff across the Trust to communicate meeting schedules, request papers and deliver high level administrative support.
Deliver timely minutes/ meeting actions to internal and external stakeholders.
To create documentation to support patient flow (eg posters, checklists, databases).
