Description:

Job Overview

  • As a Business Support Analyst, you will be part of Retail Tech’s Business Office. This office is the primary interface for all commercial related work from the department; contributing to our strategy, operational efficiency, and general business management
  • Business Support Analysts will report to the Business Manager and will closely work with the Retail Tech Management Team on behalf of the department and liaise with multiple global and local stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day business operations of Retail Tech and Group Services department such as to:
  • Maintain and document processes and reports ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Implementation and monitoring of policies and guidelines in accordance to ING, Hubs and Department governance
  • Provide guidance or support to other Areas or Teams based on the set policies and procedures
  • Organize and capture key project metrics, information and reports for senior executive level reporting
  • Identifying ways to improve stakeholder experience by proactively collaborating with key stakeholders and constantly exploring for opportunities to innovate and automate
  • Perform project management and assist in the development and implementation of department / business strategies and initiatives

Key Capabilities/Experience

  • Data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel and other business intelligence platforms
  • Articulating abstract concepts and ideas into measurable observations
  • Continuously analyzing trends to prevent recurrence of common incidents and minimize the impact to business and stakeholders
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards to produce insights and ensure action is taken on agreed next steps
  • Outstanding analytical skills, people deeply curious and interested in technology

Minimum Qualifications

  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences
  • Proficiency in using data analysis, reporting and visualization tools
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address business challenges.
  • Continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiency and innovation
