Description:

We are glad to offer the opportunity to welcome a Business Support Assistant into our friendly Psychology led team, to provide an administrative service/business support to the Maternity Review Psychology Service for families who were part of the Ockenden Maternity Review.
The postholder will be warmly welcomed into this role and supported by an experienced Business Support Officer within the team, with close links to our related services offering psychological support for maternal mental health difficulties.

The postholder will be providing administrative support/business support for the Maternity Review Psychology Service (MRPS), which will involve:
managing a dedicated Inbox for referrals into MRPS, which will include communication with the external Maternity Review (Ockenden) team, and families who come forward to access this service
uploading new referrals to the clinical system, and ensuring key client data is accurately logged
administrative support to the Business Support Officer in the retrieval of information in relation to key performance indicators as required
working in other administrative areas as appropriate as directed by the line manager, in particular the closely linked Lighthouse Maternal Mental Health Service, and Operation Lincoln Psychology Service

The post-holder will be part of a small team, responsible for providing a quality administrative service to the Maternity Review Psychology Service, supporting the Business Support Officer.
