OUR OPPORTUNITY

Are you a friendly and enthusiastic person seeking a new challenge within a thriving business?
Do you want to help shape the delivery of a dynamic front of house position?
Are you looking to become part of a collaborative culture and team ethos environment?
If you answered yes to the above questions, this could be the perfect role for you.
We are looking for a pro-active Business Support Assistant to join Pick Everard’s Manchester office. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, and progress on your career journey within a National Construction Consultancy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of administrative, clerical and technical support to the office teams in Manchester. You will be our front line contact who will be responsible for meeting and greeting external and internal clients to the office, providing a warm, professional greeting on their arrival.
Some of the duties include: monitoring the local office inbox, taking shared responsibility for travel and accommodation bookings, assisting meetings and taking minutes, organising fundraising and charity events and playing a part in the rolling switchboard process where you will be undertaking telephone switchboard and reception duties.
We are proud to offer a collaborative, positive working culture, with excellent progression opportunities. The Business Support function is within the wider People and Culture team, meaning you will have fantastic opportunities to learn and grow from other aspects of the business and build a great knowledge of us as a leading, National Construction Consultancy.
If you have limited experience but the desire to learn, do not hesitate in applying. We are happy to provide support and training to the right individual!
