Description:

Join us as our Executive Delivery Consultant at Danske Bank, where you’ll play a crucial role in managing the portfolio ? of work within the Office of the CTO , ensuring timely task execution. This role plays a vital role supporting the CTO and Executive Advisor by overseeing the entire task management process and ensuring critical tasks are delivered on time, with the right people involved.
This is a unique, newly established role as part of The CTO Office which is exposed to a large variety of teams within Danske Bank. The CTO Office has significant exposure to the Executive Leadership Team and multiple senior stakeholders across the bank, giving you an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and bring a methodical approach to managing multiple requests and tasks simultaneously.
To excel in this position, you should have:
Project management expertise : Experience managing high-volume task backlogs and project delivery processes. Experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role is highly valued.
Stakeholder management skills: Ability to work with senior leadership and key stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring tasks are delivered on time.
Organizational excellence: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and ensure tasks are organized and structured efficiently.
Proactive problem solving : An analytical mindset and the ability to set up systems that streamline the delivery process while keeping everyone informed.
Communication skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in engaging with senior stakeholders and ensuring clarity in task management.
Responsibilities:
Task & backlog management: Manage and prioritize the backlog of tasks initiated by the CTO, Executive Advisor, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and other senior stakeholders. Ensure all tasks are logged, structured, and aligned with the CTO’s priorities.
Delivery ownership : Set up timelines, milestones, and sign-off processes for each task, coordinating with the Executive Advisor and ensuring smooth task execution.
Executive support : Work closely with the Personal Assistant and Executive Advisor to manage the CTO’s daily tasks. Ensure Tier 2 decisions and day-to-day actions are handled in collaboration with the Executive Advisor.
Milestone monitoring: Follow up with the various teams to ensure task milestones are met, while regularly updating the Executive Advisor on progress .
Repository management : Own and maintain the central repository for the CTO’s office, ensuring it is always up-to-date, organized, and accessible.
