The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading high impact global digital projects for digital tool implementation and development
  • Regular refinement sessions with the team and maintaining the team backlog: Creation & maintenance of user stories in the backlog; Prioritization of user stories within the backlog and the sprint backlog; Providing clarifications necessary to assist the team with story estimates and sequencing; Discussion of dependencies with other Product Owners and maintain dependencies in ServiceNow
  • Assigning user stories to features/enablers, holding regular program backlog refinement sessions with product managers and/or system architects so a breakdown into stories can happen
  • Reviewing and contributing to the product vision & roadmap and ensuring that user stories are following the team’s definition of ready and responsible for proper data quality
  • Understanding the business partners’ and stakeholders’ preferences and consulting, recommending, developing solutions to reach goals
