Description:
- The Business Support Lead will support the development of the Care Group strategic vision: aligning across care groups and the wider system. The post holder will provide visible leadership to facilitate and support transformation and service improvement. Organisational and system level business includes Collaborative Care’s operational systems, delivery and monitoring of performance, finance and quality systems to ensure effective delivery of clinical services.
The Business Support Lead will work with the Care Group Manager and Operational Leads to ensure robust systems are in place and are performance managed to achieve and deliver: c orporate and service KPIs; m anagement of contractual performance e.g. CQUIN targets; th e Care Group Business Plan; a ctivity forecasting and trajectories; c apacity Vs demand planning ; t heatre performance; c linical IT systems and information management; q uality, governance and performance framework; M edical Equipment Replacement Programme & Procurement; Care Group administration; c ontractual and maintenance compliance and tender review/submission; h orizon scanning in relation to new business opportunities and risk evaluation.

The Business Support Lead will participate in the Trust’s Manager on call rota
