Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Support Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a leading organisation, supporting operations across Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Berkshire, and London.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Account Manager to manage and control service offers for our clients, ensuring we meet performance, qualitative, and financial targets. You’ll play a key part in driving recruitment, ensuring compliance, and fostering long-term profitable relationships with clients. Your strong HSEQ and HR knowledge, combined with your expertise in hospitality, will be crucial to your success. Additionally, experience with Sodexo systems such as Eprophit, drive, Right time will be highly beneficial.

This role requires a valid driving license held for no less than 2 years, as it includes a mileage allowance or company car. You will be working Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, supporting events and ensuring compliance in all areas.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- To support the Account Manager to manage and control the service offers for the clients within the patch to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets, with dotted line responsibility to manage and control of the catering services and support services within the patch
- To be responsible for certain operating areas and support leading the managers to ensure they deliver against Key Performance Indicators
- Act as a representative of Sodexo within the defined operating area by the effective management of all Managers to ensure the delivery of both qualitative and quantitative results
- Foster long term profitable relationships with Clients to maintain existing business and identify new business opportunities by delivering operational excellence
- Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the Company mission and values
- Support with motivating and leading a high performing team to achieve their objective.
- Stand in for site managers when required
