JOB SUMMARY

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a key member of our business support team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and daily operations of the directorate. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, from supporting senior management in strategy formulation to ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day tasks. You will collaborate closely with senior colleagues across various departments to facilitate the delivery of Ofgem’s objectives, ensuring alignment with agreed strategies, policies, and priorities.
Your role will involve regular engagement with our Finance Business Partner, Talent Acquisition team, HR, and other stakeholders to monitor staff movements, financial spend, and other critical data. This information will be essential for management meetings and decision-making processes. Additionally, you will provide key information and support to the Director and Senior Leaders, undertaking and delivering on ad hoc tasks as required. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the directorate’s success and in delivering high-quality service to all stakeholders.
