- You will play an important role in the effective day to day running of the service we are looking for people who are well organised.
- Have good attention to detail and who can work to and meet tight deadlines.
- You must be able to work effectively within a team environment, be customer and child focused and be able to deliver the role with a flexible approach.
The primary focus of this role is to provide support to frontline social work staff within Citywide CIC, managing and prioritising workload via inboxes, supporting with the allocation of note taking, monitoring a rota, and amending when required, updating Eclipse, ensuring deadlines within the service area are being met and dealing with complex queries. Assisting in the recruitment, set up and training of new workers. Providing advice and support to Business Support Assistants in the team on a day-to-day basis and providing statistical information as directed.
You will need to be a pro-active team player, with the ability to work to deadlines, and able to manage several conflicting priorities. Due to the nature of the role, you will also need to have attention for detail.
You will work flexibly and as part of a team to provide continuity of service, and you will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation. You will need to be on-site for 2 days a week either at One Avenue or Lifford House.
You must have experience of working in a busy and diverse team environment, the ability to multi-task, and have first-rate attention to detail. The ability to work to tight deadlines with a positive outlook in a fast-moving environment is essential.
