Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Business Support Officer to join our team within the Community Mental Health Service for Adults (CMHSA). In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage the CMHSA Administration Team, providing direction, supervision, and fostering the growth and development of each team member. You will serve as a key representative of the team in leadership forums, ensuring their contributions are recognised and their needs are addressed.
You will also provide strategic support for the Operational Manager, working with business data, organisational procedures and supporting the CMHSA service delivery plan. Collaboration is at the heart of our work, and we seek someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and excels in building strong working relationships with colleagues.
