Description:

FIXED TERM - 6 MONTHS

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on providing essential, centralised back-office support, particularly in recruitment, case management systems uploading and updating of internal communications channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Upload and manage documents to our case management systems (Liberi/EHM), ensuring accuracy and compliance with data retention policies.
  • Maintain a clear progress tracker for recruitment tasks and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient support operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a business support or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment and document management systems (e.g., TRIBEPAD, Liberi/EHM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
