Description:
The post will involve close working with other colleagues within the Directorate tosupport successful delivery of the team’s responsibilities, i.e. an integratedapproach to leading planning and performance development and improvement,encompassing: operational performance, quality and outcomes, servicetransformation, and finance. The role will provide a key supporting function to others in the team via contributingtheir knowledge and skills in respect of the planning and performance. North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board To focus on providing project support to the portfolios of work potentially including one or more of UEC, elective, MH/LD/neurodiversity or community/primary care.
To support the ICB’s priorities for service reform; ensuring they are effectivelydelivered to time and budget with outcomes which improve patient care and ensureclinical effectiveness and value for money To support the sharing of best practice and evidence-based practice that is at theheart of the service redesign proces
