Description:
Business Support Officer Role Profile
We are advertising a customer focused administrative role within our Digital and Customer Experience department. You will support our People stakeholders through providing efficient and effective administrative support.
Teams you will support include community connections, housing and homelessness as well as Strategic Commissioning adult safeguarding and deprivation of liberty. The role will require reception cover for part of your week at our adult day centres Colwill Lodge and The Vine.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a high level of verbal, written and face to face communication, administrative and organisational skills. As well as knowledge of ICT systems and software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to work well under pressure, using own initiative and to work well as part of a team and ability to engage professionally with a variety of teams and stakeholders. Whilst looking at continuous improvement and supporting efficiencies.
This is a hybrid role and requires the post holder to work both from home and at office-based locations within the City including but not limited to Ballard House, Crownhill Court, Colwill Lodge and The Vine.
