An exciting opportunity has arisen within SRA’s Business Support Unit for a Business Support Officer role.
As Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high quality business support services to our internal and external stakeholders and customers.
You will provide an excellent level of customer service, answer telephone calls, handle written enquiries and deliver a variety of different services to our customers. The role requires you to be customer focused with the ability to professionally handle daily demands while achieving excellent quality results.
You will support various departments in accordance with business needs, giving you the opportunity to develop your knowledge of the organisation. You will also review your own workload regularly to accommodate changing work priorities and be flexible to carry out necessary ad hoc administrative tasks when required.

- Interviews will take place week commencing 11 November 2024 via MS Teams.
- A suitable start date will be discussed with the successful candidate, however we do forecast this to be around 2 January 2025.
- This role will be based in the office 1-2 days a week, and from home rest of the week.
