THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you an administrator with a high level of attention to detail, who is looking for a new opportunity that will give you a broad range of tasks and interaction with multiple stakeholders in your day? This is an awesome next play opportunity if you’ve nailed the fundamentals of admin work and are looking to step up.
We’re looking for someone who is highly engaged and highly motivated to join the Business Support team working in a fast-paced environment. You will have the ability to effortlessly manage a wide variety of tasks, you will be super organised and able to proactively anticipate needs and requirements.
Reporting to the Security Executive Business Partner, you will receive all the support to get you up and running and make sure you’re set up for success. Don’t worry about our internal systems, we can provide full training on these.

  • Can effectively manage and work through a number of priorities
  • Are hard-working, passionate and committed to business excellence
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a proven ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Are willing to lend a hand across the team – we all pitch in to help each other
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Can think outside the box and problem solve
  • Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • And importantly - Enjoy some office banter!

While the role is varied and will keep you on your toes, we like to have fun in the office and are looking for someone to compliment the team.
