We support flexible working requests and have adopted a hybrid approach for most of our office-based roles. We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Dutch speaking and writing A1 level
  • English speaking and writing B2 level
  • VMBO/MBO or higher
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to present themselves well
  • Quality driven and timeline sensitive
  • Able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Administer mail of assigned companies
  • Ensure the Office is well organised with and maintain a good relationship with the building owner and utility suppliers.
  • Providing support to the management team with administrative tasks
  • Organising team events and in office events (i.e. birthdays, team meetings, etc..)
  • Responsible for the HSSE board and first responders
  • Responsible for time writing, timely completed and approvals for month end
  • Manage the office contracts and local archive
  • Team communications and sick leave administration
