YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing and updating of internal databases for German market;
• Preparing documents as first information source for tender discussions among Engagement Teams;
• Supporting Engagement Teams with pursuit processes, research and other activities in Germany and Europe West region;
• Providing process related analysis on ongoing projects;
• You will be in close cooperation with stakeholders to handle ad-hoc business requirements as well as participate in internal calls and meetings;
• Encouraging knowledge sharing and sharing best practices;
• Staying connected with the business and functional experts ;
• Independent management of the back office for various administrative tasks;

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

• fluency in German and English language (written and oral)
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communications and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines
