Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Support Specialist based in Prague, Czech Republic. This role involves different types of administrative tasks such as organizing company events, maintaining business systems, and ensuring seamless communication across the team. If you’re a problem solver with a keen eye for detail, we’d like to meet you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent English (at least B2) and native Czech.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Business Support Specialist, Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software (e.g., CRM).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
