Business System Analyst 2

Nextant is looking for a driven Business System Analyst 2 to join our client team. This role will contribute to the Business Applications Demo program by supporting Technical Sellers with demo environments, validating demo scenarios utilizing the latest product capabilities, answering Dynamics 365 related support questions as well as program managing delivery of demo assets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or a related field required
• MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with M365 admin center required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagements applications.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with Program/Project management and ability to clearly define and document processes
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain is a plus.
• The ideal resume would contain project manager/program manager experience and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Intra ID.

• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with Business Applications demo strategy
• Supports our client Technical Sellers with demo environments.
• Ensures that processes are clearly defined and documented
• Provide basic Dynamics 365 CE support and answer questions related to the demo environments
• Manages demo tenant environment life cycle
• Validates demo scenarios in demo tenants.
• Manages demo scenario onboarding and communication of demo related updates
