WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead a team of BSA to analyze, and understand business and data requirements to develop complete Intraday Liquidity data conform/matching process, including data models (entity relationship diagrams, dimensional data models), ETL and business rules, data lineage, metadata and reporting elements.
• Participate in data analysis and project testing across numerous environments on various technology platforms including Commercial Banking, Trading and Payment systems.
• Transform business requirements and research into winning delivery solutions that meet performance goals.
• Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing issues, defining opportunities for business process improvements and making recommendations within assigned area of responsibility.
• Define, document, and translate high level business requirements into detailed function specifications as outlined by managers and/or customers.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ Years of related experience
• Superb communication skills both written and verbal, problem solving ability.
• Dynamically responsible experience in large scale corporate systems analysis
• Ability to work with systems users or potential users to develop system specifications and requirements, applying business systems knowledge to ensure relevant areas of research are addressed.
