Description:
OVERVIEW:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with extensive experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SCM processes and systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize our supply chain operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Strong knowledge of SCM processes, systems, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SCM software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, PMP).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- System Analysis and Design:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement SCM system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current SCM processes.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage SCM-related projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
