Description:

OVERVIEW:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with extensive experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SCM processes and systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize our supply chain operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong knowledge of SCM processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SCM software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, PMP).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • System Analysis and Design:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement SCM system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current SCM processes.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage SCM-related projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline SCM operations.
  • Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
