Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business process modelling and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with Digital Transformation.
- Data and Systems Migration.
- Experience and knowledge of ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Programming Languages: Python, SQL

Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements to identify solutions that meet organisational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain systems and processes.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Mapping out of workflows and identifying gaps in processes.
- Develop documentation, including functional specifications and process workflows.
- Conduct system testing, and troubleshooting, and provide user support as needed.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.
