EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:
Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science or related field or equivalent proven experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business System Analyst or similar role.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are desired
Responsibilities:
Systems Analysis (60%)
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Design and implement new systems or enhancements to existing systems to meet business needs.
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to ensure systems meet requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or features.
Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement and integrate systems.
Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
