Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements, analyze data, formulate recommendations, and collaborate with the team for implementation.Create and execute test plans, ensuring requirements are met and identifying exceptions.
- Validate requirements to ensure they are accurate, complete, and meet stakeholder expectations. This involves reviewing documents and obtaining sign-offs from stakeholders to confirm their understanding.
- Assess the impact of process adjustments on people, strategy, and systems. Provide information for Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA).
- Assist in maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Develop communication and training plans for internal and external partners. This includes ensuring the impact of the work is in business terms, and easy for stakeholders to understand.
