Business Systems Analyst position for a healthcare application. Focus will be on application maintenance for applications in Carelon BH subtower.

• Once the code change is moved to testing, the development team will report issues, then they will work on fixing the L2A/UAT issues.
• Exit Criteria: The Manual Code Review feedback and the number of issues/DTS reported under each task/user story for assigned developer will indicate how well they were able to understand the requirements/user story and integrate their new feature as needed. This performance will also evaluate any existing legacy code integrations if applicable.
• Any issue reported in the L2A/UAT, the assigned Devs of the task will be assigned to start looking into it.
• Exit Criteria: The Dev performance will be evaluated based on the type of defect (Showstopper, high, medium, low), No defects and LOE of the user story (small, medium, large).

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement managementIndependently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
