• Define Requirements for Business Solutions : Lead system acquisition activities, evaluate software options, and define requirements that increase productivity across our residences and corporate offices.
• Champion Quality Assurance : Develop and execute detailed test plans, from unit tests to user acceptance, to ensure systems meet both business and functional requirements. Your solutions empower our team to deliver high-quality, user-friendly service across Chartwell’s operations.
• Support Operational Excellence : Focus on refining business processes to ensure solutions are efficient, adaptable, and scalable, ultimately enabling staff to deliver the best possible experience for residents.
