Work closely with stakeholders to elicit insights and validate both business and functional needs, translating them into clear requirements that drive meaningful change. Your efforts will streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and empower teams to perform at their best.
In quality assurance, you verify that requirements are tested and validated, ensuring systems are reliable, intuitive, and beneficial for staff. Working alongside developers, you help create a seamless user experience that meets all specifications and expectations.

- Define Requirements for Business Solutions : Lead system acquisition activities, evaluate software options, and define requirements that increase productivity across our residences and corporate offices.
- Champion Quality Assurance : Develop and execute detailed test plans, from unit tests to user acceptance, to ensure systems meet both business and functional requirements. Your solutions empower our team to deliver high-quality, user-friendly service across Chartwell’s operations.
- Support Operational Excellence : Focus on refining business processes to ensure solutions are efficient, adaptable, and scalable, ultimately enabling staff to deliver the best possible experience for residents.
