WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a logical problem solver with:

• 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst with experience in process optimisation
• High exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ability to implement small changes and Dynamics CRM Administration (creation of views, workflows, permissions, data imports)
• The ability to create reports using Power BI, Dashboards, Advanced Find & Report Builder (SSRS)
• Experience working with cross functional teams including Project management and software development
• Used to chairing meetings involving senior management
• External and Internal Stakeholder Management
• The ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Any knowledge of Union Street aBILLity, Hubspot, is desirable
