Description:

Job Duties

  • Participate and collaborate with client, development, and testing teams throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation of a solution.
  • Support meetings with client subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit, clarify, and confirm business requirements.
  • Perform functional and technical analysis of the clients’ current business process and supporting documentation.
  • Identify process improvements and facilitate reengineering of business process.
  • Ensure the business analysis deliverables are technically feasible.
  • Communicate to technical resources for continued implementation of the solution.
  • Execute production rollout activities.
  • Support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and, if required, throughout the duration of maintenance and support agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (any), Business, or related.
  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Designer, Developer, Tester, or Analyst.
  • 2 years’ agile design methodology.
  • 2 years’ Scrum framework experience.
  • 2 years’ Pension Systems, Retirement Systems, or Unemployment systems Domain experience.
  • The position is based out of 422 County Road D East, St. Paul, MN 55117.
  • May require relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
  • Min. Rate of Pay: $107,432.00/year.
